Qwellara is a fully admin-managed real estate platform that helps users discover verified properties for rent, Airbnb, or purchase — particularly within Nairobi. All listings are uploaded, verified, and managed by the Qwellara team. We do not provide dashboards or direct access to sellers or agents.

To use this site, you must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into binding contracts. You agree to use Qwellara only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

We do our best to ensure all property listings on Qwellara are accurate, verified, and up-to-date. However:

Information is provided based on what property owners or agents submit and confirm. While we verify properties before publishing, we do not guarantee 100% accuracy of all details at all times. Users should verify any critical information (e.g., legal documents, property visits) before making any financial decisions.

Qwellara is not liable for any decisions made based on the information presented on this site.

If you submit your property through our 'Sell Your Property' form:

Submission Agreement

You agree to provide accurate and complete information. Submission does not guarantee your property will be listed. Our admin team may contact you via WhatsApp, phone, or email for verification or clarification. Final listing decisions rest solely with Qwellara.

We reserve the right to decline, delay, or modify listings at our discretion.

All content on Qwellara — including text, graphics, logos, images, and layout — is the property of Qwellara or its licensors and protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from Qwellara content without prior written permission.

When using Qwellara, you agree not to:

- Post false, misleading, or fraudulent property details

- Use the site to harass, abuse, or harm others

- Attempt to access restricted areas or interfere with platform operations

- Upload malicious code or engage in disruptive behavior

Qwellara provides all services 'as is' and 'as available.' We do not make warranties about the availability, accuracy, or completeness of content.
