Qwellara Sale on Behalf Policy
Effective Date: July 28, 2025
At Qwellara, we operate on a fully managed listing system — meaning all properties featured on our platform are uploaded, reviewed, and maintained exclusively by our admin team on behalf of the seller. This approach ensures accuracy, professionalism, and buyer trust across every listing.
1. How It Works
Property owners, agents, or developers submit their property details via the "Sell Your Property" form on our website.
Our admin team verifies the information through follow-up communication (WhatsApp, email, or phone).
Once verified, we collect any additional details or media required to complete the listing.
The property is then professionally uploaded to the platform by our admin — including formatting, categorization, pricing, and imagery optimization.
No property goes live until it has passed our internal quality and authenticity checks.
2. Ownership & Authorization
By submitting your property for listing:
- You confirm that you are the legal owner or have proper authorization to market the property.
- You authorize Qwellara to act as your digital listing partner, which includes managing the property's online visibility, presentation, and communication with interested leads.
3. Communication with Buyers
All inquiries, leads, or requests regarding a listed property are routed directly to Qwellara's admin team.
We act as the first point of contact, qualifying interest and sharing verified buyer details with the seller.
This model ensures only serious, vetted buyers reach you — saving time and preventing spam or fraud.
4. Listing Packages
Sellers can choose between different listing packages (e.g., Standard or Featured).
Payment is made directly to Qwellara before the listing goes live.
Each package comes with a 30-day visibility window, renewable upon request.
5. Quality Standards
We maintain strict listing standards:
- High-resolution images, accurate descriptions, realistic pricing, and updated availability.
- We reserve the right to reject or remove any listing that does not meet our platform guidelines or verification standards.
6. Lead Transparency
Sellers will receive summary reports of engagement on their property: number of views, inquiries, and lead quality.
We do not take commission on sales — we charge only for listing visibility and exposure.
7. Your Role as a Seller
Keep communication lines open for verification.
Provide honest, complete, and timely information.
Inform Qwellara of any changes (e.g., sale, new price, or availability) so we can update the listing accordingly.
Important Note:
Qwellara is not a real estate agent. We are a tech-enabled platform that empowers property owners by providing a secure, transparent, and effective listing service — where our admin handles everything, and you stay in control.
